Everyone has a story, and it is a powerful thing to be able to tell our story without shame. We all have chapters that are difficult to look back on, and when we can compassionately make the connection between our past and our present, we can begin to imagine what our next unwritten chapter might hold for us (and how we'd like to choose to get there). The more we embrace our story, and who we are right now, the more tools we have for navigating our next adventure, and I would love to help be a resource to do just that.
