I am a firm believer that life can feel so difficult, so bleak, that it is totally reasonable to sometimes question its worth. I am also a firm believer that difficult, bleak things can still be meaningful, still include joy, still contain peace. Humans are not equations, but no doubt does the past impact the present, including that very outlook on being alive. As a complex-trauma and personality disorder therapist, my goal is to support you in pursuing a life you value even though your past (and maybe present) have been particularly injurious.
