Hi! My name is Ms. Mica (or simply Mica). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and client-centered professional dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for the clients I serve. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families address needs that stem from negative core beliefs, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, and other issues. As a CSAYC therapist, I also provide specialized support for youth struggling with sexually maladaptive behaviors. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based techniques to help clients navigate challenges, build skills, and gain insights that can improve their mental health. Whether it's cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, EMDR or other modalities, I draw on a variety of methods to meet the unique needs of every client I serve.
