I work to provide a safe and comfortable space and offer a holistic approach because as we know...one technique does not work for everyone. I utilize Somatic Experiencing (I am currently in SEP training), mindfulness and parts work. Our nervous system moves toward what is normal...not always what is healthy. As we re-connect with our entire selves, we experience clarity, understanding and are able to tolerate discomfort. This can lead to a new experience of what life can be.
