Since 2009, I have been passionate about helping folks heal and connect to themselves and others. I pride myself on being open minded, compassionate, and empathetic psychotherapist. Struggles in self-esteem, identity, difficult life changes, relationships, and transitions are worthy of support. I have extensive experience with folks navigating symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, self-harm, and/or other behavioral and psychological distress. Though I am psychodynamically oriented, I am also extensively trained in CPT for trauma and DBT and use these and other techniques as needed.
