Despite our best efforts to live authentically, we can lose our way while navigating stress, transition, trauma, loss, or conflict – or even just trying to figure out who we are. Many of my clients are exploring gender, sexuality, spirituality, and the impact of past experiences on their current identities. They have had doubts about their worth, perseverance, ability to change outdated patterns or recover from past wounds. They questioned the possibility of connecting with others while caring for their own well-being. They struggled with perfectionism, people pleasing, disconnection, reactivity or a lack of reciprocity.
