Many of us are in relationships, but very few of us know how to navigate conflict effectively. This could be anything from managing household tasks to navigating jealousy in polyamory. Even if the conflict passes, the feelings can linger and resentment might build if the issue isn't repaired. I have guided clients through the issues above and more through my practical approach to communication skills and conflict resolution. My clients receive direct intervention in-session, but also receive materials to use outside of therapy. My goal is to empower clients to be equipped, whether they work with me for one session or five years.
