I specialize in working with people ages 13+, adolescents, and adults, and do short term therapy for children ages 11 to 12. Areas I work with include, anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, grief/loss, and concerns regarding adequate sleep. I am unique in that I have personally gone through these experiences and have overcome them. From this foundation I have the ability to better understand each client’s needs, so they can achieve their goals faster and more efficiently.
