Dr. Michael Ambrose is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) across the lifespan. He specializes in using research supported treatments for a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties, particularly: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and disruptive behaviors, anxiety disorders (including OCD and selective mutism), depression, and body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs; hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting etc.) He has extensive training and experience using CBT with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.
