I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I enjoy working with clients to improve communication and emotional intelligence, set and reach life goals, process and move through life’s setbacks and traumas, and work through feelings of depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, grief, loss, and stress. I am accepting new patients. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, DBT Skills Systems, and more. I have thorough knowledge of 12-step groups and the child welfare system.
