Hi, I am Michael Meyer. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and for nearly 20 years, I have been helping people navigate life's challenges by focusing on their strengths and building genuine, down to earth connections. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I've spent much of my career supporting youth and adults through struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum traits, and other impactful symptoms. In sessions, I draw from a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based practices, and EMDR. I believe that feeling truly seen and supported is important.
