Hello there, I have been in the mental health field for the past 18 years. During that time, I've worked with adults and adolescents with mental illness and substance abuse. Many of my previous clients have successfully developed insights and coping mechanisms for a variety of issues, from family stressors, depression and anxiety to abuse and addiction.
