We all need someone in our lives that is source of support and encourages us to grow. Therapy is about our ability to examine current life circumstances and figure out, not only how to handle the situations, but also how to grow from them. Therapy does not have to be a lifelong committment, however improving ourselves can be. Using a solution focused framework, we will work together to identify strategies that work for you to use long after our time together. My experience is very diverse and I have worked with all age groups, including couples and families.
