Are anxiety, depression, or grief making it hard to get through the day? I provide mental health support services for adults and older adults in Lancaster and across California who are struggling with stress, trauma, and family issues that interfere with daily functioning. My approach is direct and practical. Sessions focus on coping skills and strategies you can use right away to manage symptoms and improve day-to-day functioning. Services are covered by Medi-Cal.
