Hey there! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trained to work with couples and families, but I am here for individuals, too. I proudly provide an affirming space for the LGBTQ community. My approach is humanistic. That means no robot therapy and no blank stares. I am warm, real, and engaging. I am not a sit-and-nod type therapist. Therapy with me is a real conversation where you can laugh, cry, roll your eyes, or swear when you need to. Sometimes all of that happens in the same session, and it still counts as progress. We will work at the pace that feels right for you. If the pain is raw, we can move slowly.
