I hope to raise awareness within the sense of self, leading to stronger interpersonal relationships and a more fulfilling life. Through the therapeutic experience of being understood by another in a safe and genuine relationship, individuals develop an increased kindness for themselves and others, and are able to experience a more authentic view of themself. This self-awareness often leads us to new ways of relating to others, increased awareness and tolerance for difficult emotions, and the transformation of destructive patterns in our lives.
