My ideal client is someone who wants to learn to cultivate emotional competency, which is the capacity to identify, feel, express and regulate one's emotions. A client who is interested in working through attachment related issues and transforming his/her underlying working models of relationships. A client who is open to connecting with his/her Core Self (authentic self) and in cultivating a compassionate relationship with self. This model is experiential, relational, and deliberate in focusing on how transformation is occurring moment to moment in the room. My approach assists individuals in having direct experience of one's emotions.
