With 15 years of clinical experience, I help adults and teenagers navigate life’s challenges with warmth and mindfulness. Drawing from Person-Centered, CBT, Existential, and ACT approaches, I tailor therapy to support healing, growth, and balance. I’ve practiced meditation for 20 years and taught it for 15 years, integrating its wisdom into my work.
