I work with children, teens, and adults who are overwhelmed by emotions they don’t fully understand—kids struggling with big feelings, teens navigating identity and family stress, and adults exhausted by old patterns that won’t let up. They want relief, stability, and someone steady to help them make sense of what’s going on inside. My role is to create a calm space where their feelings are understood, supported, and taken seriously.
