Maybe you're navigating identity questions, relationship tension, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. You might feel stuck in patterns that leave you frustrated, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. You could be someone labeled as “too much,” or someone trying to unlearn roles and rules that no longer fit. I work with individuals, teens, couples, families, and people in nontraditional relationships. I create space for deep exploration and offer clear, compassionate feedback. I draw from IFS, ACT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients unlearn harmful patterns, regulate emotions, and live in ways that align with their values.
