I strongly believe in the POWER OF RELATIONSHIPS! School is hard. Work is stressful. Trauma is destructive. Families need help. I recognize strengths/solutions to validate, empathize, and affirm people struggling w/anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. I provide EMDR for trauma, Solution and Strengths-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and strengthening the family structure. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative and supportive. Educators and first responders are my heroes, and I seek to serve them. I have substantial experience working in school settings providing training and interventions.
