Michael has abundant experience working with adults, youth, couples and families. Michael draws from a multitude of therapeutic theories in his clinical practice such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems theory and mindfulness techniques. Michael specializes in treating substance use disorders as well as co-occurring disorders. As a former teacher, Michael has extensive knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and 504 Plans (Americans with Disabilities Amendment).
