I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor 1 with over 25 years of experience working with teenagers, adults and families in shifting mindsets and establishing healthy coping skills to utilize in their daily lives. In addition to private practice, my work experience includes positions with DCF, DYS, an inpatient psychiatric facility, as well as within elementary, middle and high schools. I use a holistic and individually structured approach in order to create a safe, collaborative and action oriented space for my clients.
