I have extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings. I believe in the clients ability to change and in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing. Areas of interest include depression, anxiety, men's issues, lifespan issues, coping skills, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress management, high functioning autism, and assisting clients in phases of ambiguity and transition. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is empathic and individualistic. I use my strengths well with adults 18+, adolescents, and children 10+.
