Are you struggling to keep up with life's quick pace? Stuck in place unable to find the motivation to keep moving? Are depression, anxiety, or fear limiting your day-to-day functioning? Do you feel like a stranger to yourself? Life can feel unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overwhelming, leaving you feeling powerless and paralyzed. Friends and family may try to help by telling you to "look on the bright side" and telling you that they know how you feel. I do not know how you feel, nor does anyone else. I am, however, willing to walk beside you and help you navigate life currents in a way that best fits you and your needs. I have worked in different clinical settings with individuals across ages and cultural backgrounds, supporting those with a range of mental challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and more. I counsel through an existential lens, focusing not only on symptom relief, but on helping you gain insight into the core challenges necessary for growth.
