Hi there, my name is Michael Collins and I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, California. I work with adult and adolescent clients via Telehealth who are dealing with life transitions, depression, anxiety and/or Adult ADHD. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Attachment Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients chart a course towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
