As a queer person, I understand how important it is to have a therapist that is knowledgable, affirming, and nonjudgemental. My work is primarily focused on the LGBTQIA+ community and addressing the unique obstacles that our community faces. Whether you’re coming out, transitioning, navigating dating, facing relationship complexities, or striving to understand and connect with your authentic self, I am here to support you on your journey of living a fulfilling, authentic life. Working together, we can build mechanisms for managing depression and anxiety, forming a positive sense of self and identity, building confidence, processing difficult past experiences or trauma, and gaining tools to have healthy and fulfilling relationships. I use an evidence-based and person-centered approach to meet your specific needs and goals.
