I have 45 years experience helping people feel better about themselves, and working through the pain and self doubt that is holding them back in life. We all need a caring, supportive person at times who listens and is genuinely concerned about our well being. When that happens new possibilities for happiness that seemed lost or forgotten can emerge to our delight and relief. For years I've led workshops and conferences at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California on compassion oriented therapy.
