Our sexuality can provide a way to feel connected and loved. Often times it can become out-of-control that actually creates disconnection, loneliness and isolation. My area of speciality is in addressing these issues of sexuality and intimacy related struggles. I use an attachments-based approach which includes assessment of attachment styles and helps to move my clients in the direction of a more secure style of attaching and connecting.
