Life is complex. It sometimes may feel like you cannot catch a break, things in life get too overwhelming, or we find ourselves stuck and not sure what to do next. These are all valid thoughts and you are nowhere near being alone on this. From those with no experience in therapy to those of us who are a bit more seasoned, we can all benefit from sharing our burdens with a licensed professional. I see therapy as an opportunity for me to get to know you but also for you to get to know your full self. In therapy you can gain the support you haven't felt, feel empowered to advocate for yourself, as well as heal from scars you carry.
