I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I graduated from Framingham State University in 2015, with a MA in Counseling Psychology. I have 10 years of experience facilitating individual and group therapy. I am client-centered in my approach. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or some other issue, we can work together to help you cope with those issues more effectively. I believe that it is important for clients to thoroughly work through their core issues, rather than focusing on symptom management alone.
