They realize that something could be different, or better, or that they need to work on a particular issue. Issues can be about almost anything in their personal life, professional life, relationships, parenting, or most anything where there is a need to focus to improve upon and get better and feel better. I work best with people who are open to explore possibilities, to get some more insight and awareness, to dedicate their time and energy and then do the work to improve!
