Feeling anxious, frustrated, sad, or overwhelmed? You deserve an environment of care and transparency where your values and comfort always come first. Together, we will create and work towards clear therapy goals like making quality relationships, gaining coping skills, or recovering from past trauma or loss. I also offer psychological testing for those that need extra help making sense of their situation or that need accommodations. I provide testing for ADHD, autism in adults, learning/intellectual disabilities, IQ, mood, and personality. I give quick testing feedback with detailed reports within 1-2 weeks of testing.
