Via cognitive-behavioral therapy, you will learn to think and to behave in a manner that leads to greater happiness. Couples and families will learn to skillfully communicate and problem solve. I am also a certified Health Coach and hypnotherapist prepared to assist with issues including smoking cessation, weight loss and stress management. I am a Qualified Supervisor of mh interns.
