As a licensed psychotherapist, my greatest strength is the rapport that I build with my clients. I utilize a compassionate and client-centered approach to helping my clients create their personalized understanding of wellness while helping them to feel heard and understood. I am skilled in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, family conflict, self-esteem, and trauma. I have extensive training in treating mental health disorders, substance abuse, problematic sexual behavior, early adulthood struggles, and family dynamics.
