I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping people overcome difficult situations such as: depression, anxiety, relationship problems, parenting issues, job stress, career choices and traumatic experiences. I help people learn how their thoughts influence their feelings. Our work together will be to develop healthier thought patterns that lead to more positive emotional states.
