Given my style/approach to therapy, I am a good fit for adults seeking a deeper connection to themselves/others, to become more authentic, and ultimately find greater meaning/purpose in life. I also work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress. Two other specializations I work with are clients who identify as Highly Sensitive and its challenges as well as cultivating its many gifts; secondly, clients who are going through a spiritual transformation as a result of having spiritually transformative experiences such as Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) and other types of Spiritual Awakenings.
