There are many reasons for the number of issues that can impact an individual or couple. In my experience, it is better to begin without making any assumptions and to give room for every client to voice their needs and concerns as they deem appropriate. In my approach, the therapist's primary role is to offer unconditional support in order to promote each person's capacity for creating desirable change. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment wherein my clients can address social and personal difficulties and needs, in confidence, without fear or judgement.
