Anxiety and depression issues can make life difficult. Fear and trauma can get us stuck. Change is hard and in today's environment it's really challenging. Remember, fear is a thief and a liar. You may have heard "On the other side of fear is freedom". These statements are true, but sometimes we need someone to walk through and process the difficult times with us. I will provide a safe respectful space for individuals to explore and process feelings and make changes toward a more fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
