I believe meaning is built through the connections we experience, the emotions that fortify them, and the mindfulness we use along the way. I work well with clients who struggle with personality and mood disorders, including bipolar, depression, and BPD using modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I am also equipped to treat PTSD through the use of CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Additionally, I am a member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and Certified in DBT.
