My work centers around creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I support individuals navigating structural and interpersonal challenges-whether related to identity, trauma, relationships, or simply trying to find meaning in a chaotic world. As a queer, non-binary person who happens to be a therapist, I know how powerful it is to have a space where you can just show up as you are, free from shame, expectations or judgment. I bring values of decolonization, anti-racism, and social justice into my work and my personal life and I strive to build a space where authenticity isn’t just welcomed - it's celebrated.
