I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds. I have experience working with adolescents and their families, immigrants and refugees, couples, LGBTQ youth and adults, neuro-diverse clients, folks experiencing grief, trauma, and attachment issues, as well as life-stage issues such as transitions in jobs, or shifting relationship dynamics. My role as a therapist is to support you in feeling more empowered in your life, that journey can look different for each individual client -as it is always centered on your experience and goals for therapy. I enjoy supporting clients in exploring their life’s journeys without judgment; reflecting on their patterns, their values, and seeking new insights.
