I specialize in couples counseling and men’s issues. For Couples: I help you use existing strengths in a process of Calming, Listening, Recommitting and Problem-Solving. This work exposes deep wounds beneath the conflict. Healing those wounds is the victory you need. For Men: whether your struggle is relational, depression, anxiety, substance use or another, we can interrupt the repeating cycle with new habits, thoughts, behaviors, faith and relationships. I have been married 35 years, with 4 grown children. I have had 3 careers including USAF pilot, software development and therapist+chaplain. I believe I can help you.
