Life brings challenges that can feel overwhelming, and none of us are meant to face them alone. I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In a sex-positive and affirming setting, I support clients in exploring intimacy, sexuality, desire, and identity, with experience around non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink. I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive community, as well as creatives and performers navigating the intersections of art, identity, and wellbeing.
