As a former Marine and first responder, you will soon discover my approach to therapy is rather distinct. My journey has been shaped by significant life events that have influenced my worldview and personal philosophy, teaching me invaluable lessons in resilience, humility and adaptability. I know what it means to struggle and to experience the deep pain of grief, loss, and separation from friends and loved ones. This understanding allows me to connect deeply with individuals who have been beaten down by harsh life experiences. I empathize with the weight of those struggles and recognize the resilience it takes to move forward. As your therapist, I will be fully present and provide a safe place where you can express your innermost thoughts, feelings, and struggles without fear of judgment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, phobias, stress, trauma, and relationship issues, and provide an array of evidenced-based and trauma-focused therapies such as ACT, ART and ITR.
