The focus of my nearly 30 years in practice is to assist people who find themselves in common yet challenging transitions in their lives. These difficult "phase of life" transitions are often accompanied by painful adjustment experiences including relationship issues, confusion with one's role, interests, or even personal or work identity, difficulty making decisions or taking action, challenges with feeling productive and making a contribution, and finding peace in one's overall experience of life.
