I offer a unique style which is a blend of insight-oriented, practical problem solving, goal-oriented and cognitive behavioral therapy. I enjoy helping clients to get back to a previous level of functioning or even better! Using a strengths-based approach, I place much emphasis on the relationship with the client to bring about real change. My areas of specialization are anxiety, depression and sexual compulsivity.
