My name is Michael Heidtman. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual and couples therapy as well as owner of the Mindfulness Project Counseling. I received a Masters degree in social work with an emphasis in mental health counseling. I have a broad range of clinical interests including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and relationship concerns. I am highly experienced working with emerging adults, including college and professionals as well as adults in their 30s-70s. I currently offer telehealth counseling 9a-6p Monday-Thurs (with non-traditional hours 5p-6p), 8a-4p Friday and Saturdays 8a-11a.
