A native of County Cork in Ireland, my journey has led me to establish my home here in New York. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and certified substance abuse counselor. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, anger management, Substance Abuse, PTSD, trauma, Grief and loss. I offer Individual, Couples, and Family counseling. Clinical orientations include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic theory, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I engage in counseling with a perspective to foster healing within oneself in order to develop and reach one's personal potential.
