I am a mental health counselor who helps individuals navigate addiction, emotional distress, and complex interpersonal challenges with clarity, dignity, and hope. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely understood—not judged—and when therapy becomes a space for honest reflection, accountability and growth. My work focuses on supporting individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals.
